Who we are

wiredsmarter is run by Georgios Petkos. For anything about your data, write to hello@wiredsmarter.com.

The free chapter and our emails

When you sign up on the free chapter page, we keep your email address and the date and time you signed up and confirmed. We use them to send you the chapter and, now and then, emails about our guide and about making digital products with AI. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in our emails or by writing to us.

If you never click the confirmation link, your address is deleted after 7 days. After you unsubscribe, we keep only the record that you unsubscribed, so we never email you again.

The withdrawal form

We use the details you enter on the withdrawal form to handle your withdrawal and to keep the record the law requires (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).

Counting visits

The site counts visits, clicks and downloads per day. Our counters use no cookies and keep no IP addresses.

Services we use

MailerLite keeps our email list and sends our newsletters. Resend sends the confirmation, chapter and withdrawal emails. Cloudflare runs this website. Purchases happen on Payhip, under Payhip's own privacy policy. These services may process data outside the EU. Where they do, they rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to get a copy of it, and to restrict or object to how we use it. Write to hello@wiredsmarter.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In Greece, that is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
